HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVED MY PICTURE?
- I aim to have all pictures reciecved within 4 weeks. However at busy periods this can take longer so please email me if you require your item by a specific date. I will always give you an idea of delivery times.
WILL MY PORTRAIT COME MOUNTED?
- I mount all pictures, portraits and prints on a cream mount so that they are ready to frame. If you do not require a mount please let me know.
HOW WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?
- I post all orginal work by recorded delivery so this will require a signature on delivery. Prints will be posted by 1st class mail.
HOW DO I PAY?
- You can pay by paypal, cheque or postal order. To pay via paypal use the paypal buttons, to pay via cheque / postal order please print of the order form and post along with correct payment.
WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKAGING?
- All prices on this website include postage and packaging, the price you see is the price you pay.
WHAT IF IM UNHAPPY WITH MY ITEM?
- If you are unhappy with any item please conatct me. I am happy to give a full refund on any item if it is returned to me in original condition within 2 weeks.
